Adjwoa Tyehimba
Adjwoa Tyehimba is a Texas native with a love for Africa. She is the co-owner of the Pan-African Connection Bookstore & Resource Center in Dallas, TX and a super entrepreneur. She graduated from The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff in 2013 with a Fisheries Biology degree, and in her spare time she volunteers at local hatcheries and loves swimming with sharks. Adjwoa was honored to write her first book “The Principle of Balance” with Melanin Origins team which debuted #8 on Amazon African Children’s book list. The Melanin Origins team really helped me on the journey to becoming an Author, they made the process stress free. This motivated Adjwoa to draft new ideas for new books for the future. In her spare time Adjwoa enjoys sleeping, hanging with friends, traveling, swimming, hiking, reading, and flyfishing.
